All Comers July 2023

July 12, 19, 26, 2023
When: Wednesdays in July. (July 12, 19, 26) Open field events start at 5:30pm, running events start at 6:00pm, Invitational Discus at 3:30pm, Open Discus at 4:30pm

Where: Atascadero High School Track. 

Parking: Atascadero High School “lower Lot”, located off Atascadero Avenue on “Nacimiento Ave”. 

Entry Fee: $5 per person. Please bring exact change. 

Registration:


  • All registration is at the track the night you compete.  When you show up at the track you will 
  • Pay your entry fee at our front “gate”.  There you will sign a waiver, pay your $5 and get a wrist band for each participant you paid for.  This allows you to participate in any event that your age qualifies you to. (See “Schedule of Events”). Once you enter the track area 
  • Go to the registration table and get one sticker for each event you will participate in.  Write your name (first and last), age and gender on each sticker. You should have one sticker for each event you will be doing. Put all your stickers on your shirt.  One will be taken at each event.  
  • Show up at your event at or before the tentative scheduled time. The announcers will announce the gathering for each event.
Events: Discus, Pole Vault, Shot Put, Long Jump, High Jump, Turbo Javelin, 100/110m High Hurdles, 4X100m Relay, Kids (6 & under) little hurdles, 400m, 1500m/Mile, 100m, 800m, 200m, 3000m (the last night).

Awards: Ribbons to first through 4th in each event and all other participants that are 12 years old and under.

Other: The concession stand will be open, serving pizza, drinks and other snacks.

Other: We will be following SLO County Covid-19 safety measures. They will change but at this point; Wear a mask if you are not vaccinated, bring your own water bottle and snacks (concessions may be open but not sure yet), maintain social distancing.

7:40       -  1500m (July 14 & 21) OR 1 Mile (July 7 & 28) (10 & older)
7:55       -  100m (all ages)
8:25       -  800m (7 & older)
